We understand that plans can change. To cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time using any of the following channels:

Refund Policy

If cancellation is made 24 hours or more in advance, the full amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to collect the vehicle may incur a late cancellation or no-show fee of €77 plus VAT, covering administrative and preparation costs.

Refunds for prepaid reservations will only be processed if cancellations are made through the official channels listed above. Please note, all times are based on the local time in Cyprus.
